About me

I am an accomplished HR Consultant with a background in corporate sales and IT project management. I have facilitated very large IT installation projects and overseen game changing legislation in several of my roles. I am highly adept in personnel management through my work in recruitment which was both public and military. I am extremely IT literate with the ability to pick up new systems quickly and accurately. I am exemplary in my knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook and Access. I am familiar with most software packages and languages such as Java, JSP, VB and ASP. I have strong design skills and am highly capable in the use of Photoshop and Flash including action script and this is key in my understanding of company brand identity. I have experience in working with XHTML and CSS using Dreamweaver and various other development software. I have worked with operating systems such as Linux, Citrix and MacOS.

I work efficiently to achieve difficult targets through hands on leadership and motivation. I am very adept with all administration duties including answering phones and using a switchboard, minute taking, budgeting and filing systems, copy and audio typing, compiling and maintaining databases, data entry and payroll.
I am a very adept public speaker and enjoy finding new ways of engaging with people. I strive to continually develop myself and learn new languages and methods of working. I am an accomplished Tutor and University Lecturer with specialist knowledge of adaptive software for disabled users.
