Business plans are a speciality, each one written for you and your business idea, fully researched demographics, market place, industry landscape and competitor analysis including financial forecast model.

I have 15 plus years of working on major projects within the energy, transport and tourism sectors to improve and enhance the customer experience, increase sales and identify new opportunities in each sector. My specialities are change management, user testing, process and procedure design, analysis and implementation.

I have written many technical guides, training courses and manuals and more recently information on tourist destinations and guide information.
