Making a mistake in your terms and conditions can mean that you will commit a criminal offence!

I can save you from that and get you a set of terms and conditions which matches your needs entirely. I don't look at your competitor's t&cs and pinch them, I don't find a template on line and fill it in - hoping that it will meet your needs. My t&cs are fully compliant with the Data Protection rules and the new consumer protection laws which will come into force in 2025.

I'm a fully trained, very experienced, contract draftsman with 40 years experience - I can write whatever you need and you can be confident that it will provide all the legal protection you can have.

You can save a few quid by going to one of the many unqualified or partially qualifed lawyers on PPH but you'll never know (until it's too later) if what you have actually works ........ or you can come to the most experienced, most qualified legal draftsman on PPH - me!.
