Responsibilities for Remote Support Engineer
Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking.
Remote support engineer responsible for system administration and technical support for computing infrastructure, including server operating system, document storage/management system, and site administration.
Supporting with Window’s and Linux Server
Supporting with virtualization VMware ESX or Hyper-V
End user support in all kind of issues.
Monitor & Troubleshoot issues NAS, QNAP and SAN
Troubleshoot end user issues in O365 with Admin console.
Configure and Troubleshot VPN issues with SSL VPN Tunnel, PPTP and L2TP over IPSEC.
Monitor all kind of I.T Devices
Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions
Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue
Customize desktop applications to meet user needs
Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
Hands-on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers, UPS, Routers, Switches, Firewall, Access Points and scanners
Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Customer-oriented attitude
Run Backup and Maintenance task with Batch file.
