New legislation now requires UK employers to proactively prevent workplace sexual harassment (from third parties, such as clients and customers, as well as from employees) — If you are an employer, I'd recommend taking immediate steps to ensure that your business complies with the new law and provide your staff with training to reduce the risk to your business.

I am an experienced and qualified trainer in employment matters and can deliver a live interactive half day (2.5 - 3 hours) session remotely (via Teams/Zoom) for up to a maximum of 12 people (that's just £37.50 per person if you have 12 attendees!). Although this is a serious subject, the session promises to be engaging and interactive with time for discussion, breakout exercises and quizzes.
